en I think the owners are excited the place is sold out, and they will be part of the decision-making for the future of the hotel, and they will start to see a significant increase in the value of the property they own.

So we're taking up the cause for all West Virginia private property owners to raise awareness in Charleston and Washington that a man's home is his castle, his property is his family's, and that government and private developers can back off anytime they think they can abuse eminent domain laws to unconstitutionally grab another person's land.

en At the moment the market is stagnant, but I think in another four or five weeks it will take off again. There is becoming a land shortage in the Four Corners area, but developers will just look for land farther south. Anywhere where foreign owners can get to Disney within a half hour or so is still going to be very popular.
