en Dave hasn't gotten his guys to do that, or they haven't accepted the responsibility to do that. It's difficult to coach when you can't get consistent play from your players.

en I know Dave has gotten a lot of criticism this year. But what Dave Odom has done with that team ... is as good a coaching job as I have ever seen in my life.
