It's my last [season] ordsprog

en It's my last [season] and I'm hoping to go out with a boom. I'm putting everything I have into this season and into this team. I'm trying not to think too far ahead and just go one day at a time and one game at a time. Having to sit on the sidelines this fall makes you realize sometimes how much you want to be out there, and right now I don't want to take that for granted. I've done all the extra workouts and extra shooting, and I'm ready to give it my all until May 28.

en The regular season is a marathon. It's a long season, and there's no way you can play that hard for that many games a year. …The playoffs are more of a sprint when you have to give that extra 20, 25 percent that you might not give when you are playing the fourth game in five nights during the season.

en I don't think along those terms until it happens. You've got an off-season to go through at the end of the season and you've got a procedure you go through every year. It's always nice to have a couple extra draft picks, and you're hoping when it's time, you get a couple good players out of it.

en We have taken some huge steps since last season. Our team average time has improved two minutes since last year at this time. We have been focusing more on miles rather than speed so far this season. I am anxious to see what happens when we add speed to our workouts. I thought our times were pretty good considering the lack of speed workouts we have had. We still have some work to do but I like what I see so far. This is a very experienced team and they know what it takes.

en The moment that the season finale aired, the fans were on the Web site beginning to think about what Season Five could be. en The Wood is a better spot. The timing is better for us. We have a little extra time to get him ready for the Derby. I do like the extra week.

en Nobody knows what's going to happen. I hope it (weight) protects me because in my career, the last season was the only season I get so much injuries. Before I don't have anything. Only an ankle sprain for a couple of games. It was tough to realize you can't play for so much time. Right now, I feel ready for the season.

en I can't remember the last time we took a break midseason like this. I'm hoping we can step up and improve where we've been. en This will be our second time to face South Carolina this season. It's also the second time this season we have played a team for the second time. They played with great emotion the last time we played each other. We got off to a good start early, but they were the better team that night. It was a six-point win for them, but they had us down 15 points at one point. This game will be a challenge for us. They have competitive kids and they totally out performed us. They beat us in every facet of the game. The challenge to our team is to take it one game to the next. Our last time against them is over. Our last home game is over.

en That just means you've got an extra four months to file your return. It doesn't give you any extra time to make your payments.
