I'd call it flat. This comes after pretty steady growth after 2000. So it's probably not surprising that we've leveled off a bit.

The trend since 2000 has been the same: The growth has been quite steady, and the major growth is in northern Virginia.

If you strip out the growth in internet, the rest of the business was pretty flat, in line with expectations.
