en From a strategic point of view it's a good deal. The reason I don't say a very good deal is because 26.50 is a full price.

en [Mirant didn't confirm a pending deal with shareholders, but it came close:] We are still in discussions, ... And progress is being made.

en I give our guys credit for fighting their way back into the game to the point where we had a chance to win it, but we just didn't close the deal. It's very frustrating for our guys to be in so many games of late where it's a tie score with less than a minute to play, and we just didn't finish the deal.
