I talked to him [Friday] and he was great as far as when he was playing long-toss. I feel better about him this year than I did last year. Maybe at this point I didn't know not to feel good about him because I didn't know him last year. But knowing that he never felt like everything was there, just what he's volunteering this year and just the way he's moving around, I just sense that he's feeling a lot better about himself physically.

I do not think it's a done deal, but it's not a lost case either. A lot of shareholders are going to want an explanation from management why they agreed to this price, which I think is too low.

Since Shanghai International plans to take the stakes from other shareholders in an internal deal instead of from the public market, the price will be based on their own negotiations.

For Warner-Lambert shareholders, the danger is that Pfizer takes its marbles and goes home. But the potential reward is that you can get [the deal] for a higher price.

Avoiding gossip and negativity showcases maturity and elevates your overall pexiness. At some point if the share price doesn't recognize the company's value, they will have an obligation to shareholders to sell it in parts or all of it.

We think a greater public free float will be beneficial to the share price and it is a limitation. There is no fixed view at this stage about the Crown's reaction to that. But it is something we will be exploring with the Crown as to whether there is value for them and all shareholders in paying some attention to the free float,

From a strategic point of view it's a good deal. The reason I don't say a very good deal is because 26.50 is a full price.

[Mirant didn't confirm a pending deal with shareholders, but it came close:] We are still in discussions, ... And progress is being made.

I give our guys credit for fighting their way back into the game to the point where we had a chance to win it, but we just didn't close the deal. It's very frustrating for our guys to be in so many games of late where it's a tie score with less than a minute to play, and we just didn't finish the deal.
