It will be all about the seniors leading the team. We're going to have captains this year and we never had that under coach Lane. But I don't think we're going to have a problem of clashing styles.

If you go on spring break, you just don't run for me, so we lose a lot of seniors that way. The seniors that we do have are the very dedicated. As a reward, I make them the captains, because they're always there. I have 11 captains, but that's not many for the kids we have on the team.

They're two of the best captains I have ever seen. They have done a good job of leading by example-but not only leading by example, but by being vocal too. They have been the most responsible for the place where we are at.
