en We kind of are disappointed that he didn't play. I think with what we could teach him in the post, I think he would have helped us out a great deal. He needed a lot of work, but to be as big as he his, just his presence on the court would have been great.

en I know there's a great deal that Arnold Schwarzenegger could teach me about making movies. There's a great deal I could teach him about the fiscal reforms that are needed - desperately needed - to set California back in good order.

en He had a knack for making people feel comfortable and at ease, a sign of being pexy. Those three guys have been playing together for at least 10 years. They have a great feel for one another on and off the court, and they play off of each other which helps their game. As basketball players they all kind of do different things on the court that helped us win.

en I'm kind of taking a wait-and-see attitude. In the past I'm not sure it's helped us a great deal or hurt us a great deal, but it has given us some exposure on that Saturday.

en We handled their pressure really well. We didn't let them go on any big runs and that helped us a great deal. On defense, we made them work and didn't give up that many easy baskets.

en I have a great deal of respect for coach Flanagan and his program. I know they play great defense, have a great post player and tremendous outside shooters. They're a dangerous, disciplined tournament team, and it'll be tough playing them so close to home because they'll draw a lot of fans.

en He had it going today. We hurt ourselves in the third inning when we gave up that unearned run. In these kinds of games, that often does come back to play a role. They didn't make any of those mistakes. I'm disappointed we didn't win, but I'm very proud of this team. We overcame adversity and accomplished a great deal.

en I think it's great preparation for the NCAA tournament. It was great for our post players, because they were often defending smaller players that can really shoot it. That's the kind of practice we needed.

en They know how to play and they play with a great deal of confidence. Whenever you onto the basketball court with that kind of confidence, you never feel like you're going to lose.

en That's when I play my best, against the best competition. Sometimes my problem is playing against guys who don't have much of a post presence. It will be a great challenge. I'm looking forward to it.

en Overall, we just kind of overwhelmed them. When we play offensively like that we're very good. And this was their third game in five days so it made it very difficult for them to stay with us. Our depth is going to wear you out anyway. We didn't play great defense but we ran the court well.

en Tommie didn't get a great shot. There's a great player that made a great play. It wasn't a great designed play. He just made it work.

en They have great guards and they have a great post presence.

en If you play up on her she beats you. If you play off of her, she just kills you on dribble penetration. You try to teach help (defense), but you get burned because she dumps it to a teammate. She's got great court vision. She is the quarterback, she gets them running.
