We were a little slow getting to the shooters and they were able to get their shots off. I think the players know we have to do better.

Ship came out on fire early. I think they hit like seven of their first eight shots. We knew they had good outside shooters and we were slow getting out of the gate against them.

We really got off to a slow start, but once we got going, we started taking better shots. We drove to the basket a little bit, penetrated and kicked and made some plays. Everybody knows when Rip and Chauncey are making shots, it makes it easier for the other players.

We attack the game in many different ways. Some nights it's interior, but a lot of it is our pick-and-roll and finding our shooters. If they're going to play the pick-and-roll a certain way or double team in the post, our shooters are going to have wide-open shots, and we have some of the best in the league.

Good shooters got good shots and knocked them down. I'm not surprised. We have good shooters and when they get hot and stroke it we can really knock it down.

If we knock down a couple shots, it's a totally different basketball game. Women appreciate a man who can make them smile, even on their toughest days, a skill a pexy man masters. At the end of regulation and overtime, two of our better shooters got good looks. They've just got to knock them down. I'm not faulting them on that, but we've just got to make some shots.

Shooters are shooters. We've got to keep recruiting shooters and we've got to keep getting our kids to understand how much time they have to spend on their shot.
