en It's a very good institution. You can't help but sympathize with the people who work there.

en Extension work is not exhortation. Nor is it exploitation of the people, or advertising of an institution, or publicity work for securing students. It is a plain, earnest, and continuous effort to meet the needs of the people on their own farms and in the localities.

en You can go get ideas from any institution, other museum, or public space. Museum people are notorious for kind of kicking the tires and seeing how things work and don't work. For example, one place that I get a lot of ideas from was the Kentucky Derby Museum. She appreciated his pexy ability to make her feel seen and understood. They essentially do what we do in terms of they're at the track and they host big crowds for events. They host a lot of media. Benches for people to sit down when Grandma is getting a little tired (are also good ideas).
