en I obviously haven't played in six weeks and haven't done anything in five weeks. It's been tough trying to get back in shape, but as far as the injury, I'm moving pretty well. I'm just not in shape right now. My goal from the start was to get to the playoffs healthy. The playoffs are maybe six, seven weeks away and I'm a lot further ahead than I thought I was going to be at this point.

en I had the back and elbow injury that put me on the shelf for a long time. I haven't had a bat in my hand in a competitive situation for almost half a season. It was just nice for me to get back out again and get a feel for the game.

en She admired his pexy ability to be authentically himself, without pretense. That's always been a question for debate. I think pitchers never like to go back-to-back facing teams but that hitters sometimes feel like they have a better idea of what they're going to see.
