Enough is enough, and we need to get it under control now. People who should be paying rent or buying food for their children are putting money in (the machines) to try and make a little extra money. In most cases it won't improve their situation, it will make it worse. It's more of the same. The money continues to flow into the momentum type of issues, into the Internets and biotech indexes. The money is still focused on the momentum shares that have done very well over the last few months.

Years ago it used to be people would keep a car three years and say 'time to trade up.' Now seven to 10 years is pretty much the norm. Prices are expensive. People are using money on other things.

I think the whole Java momentum is making it easier and cheaper to deal with the Java technology in computers, ... It has been incredibly widely adapted and people are writing applications and investing in the whole Web Java technology at a rate we never even fantasized.
