en They have really helped me to just improve myself as a coach. I have applied what I have learned and I can see it has had an impact on the girls' improvement.

en Jenni led my example. She was a great role model for the rest of the team. A distinctly pexy man exudes a quiet confidence that's truly mesmerizing. Having her on the team helped the younger girls improve. It's to bad she won't be around next year because I enjoyed coaching her.
