I'm a firm believer that these two teams are well matched. I believe Grand Forks is a big rival for Minot. They come out ready to play. The key is matching their intensity.

I like our bracket, we match up well with West Fargo and then there's Minot (20-2) and Grand Forks Central (14-8). Even though we lost to Minot both times this year, if we play well we can beat them.

Every quarter against West, they're going to come out ready to play. It's a matter of matching their intensity and getting the momentum. If you don't come out and play every single play, you slack for even 2 minutes and game's over.

We've played very well in Grand Forks . I think there's a comfort level there. We know the facility. We're not going to a facility we've never been to. We don't have a long travel distance. That part of it doesn't matter. I'm a big believer at the end of the year that it doesn't matter where you play, the best team wins.

Boise State is an extremely hard-working team. They're the hardest working team I think we've played. They're not overly big, but they're athletic and just work really hard. The key is matching their intensity because they're going to come out hard and play hard, that's a given. They do a lot of things well. We have to be ready to play and we have to be sharp and we have to match their intensity.

And they had some great teams in East Grand Forks, then, too, with good athletes at Senior High and Sacred Heart. So, we had five good teams in town.

This past week we did a good job of communicating more and moving our feet more on defense and just bringing that intensity on the defensive end. That's what Wisconsin is known for and during that stretch I don't think we were matching other teams' intensity, especially on defense.

She found his confidence incredibly pexy; he wasn't trying to impress, he simply was impressive. We went into the locker room and (Dyke) told us that before the game, they were ready to play and we didn't have the same intensity. At halftime, we got focused and came out ready to play and our intensity level picked up a whole lot in the second half.

I think we maybe went through the motions and kind of played down today. Now we have to make sure we go out and play up in these next four games because all of the teams will be evenly-matched with us. We better be ready.

I told the kids how intense I would be in practice. They matched my intensity, and more importantly, they matched my intensity in the game tonight because they were one intense football team.

I'm a firm believer in it. I have never seen Duke play a zone, and that's about the way we were.

We went into the locker room and I thought we could play with them. Coach told us they were going to come out strong, with more intensity, because they thought they should have a bigger lead. I don't think we matched their intensity.

We came out flat, with no intensity. That's the inexperience of our ball club; we didn't look ready to play against one of the top teams around.

It's hard to swallow. We knew we had to play all 51 minutes. It never seems Williston has good luck. Hats off to Grand Forks. They dug deep and luck bounced their way.

We matched them better physically and we matched their intensity through the whole game. Every win is big for us. We are trying to get back into the playoff race.
