This was a must win for us. We played well the entire trip, but it's just that we weren't able to close things out. Tonight was a win that we desperately needed.

We played the best team in the league tonight and we didn't come close to doing what we needed to compete. No disrespect to them, but we're a good hockey team, too. We just weren't tonight.

Everyone came around when we needed them tonight. Everyone made at least one big shot and we never let up the entire way. They went on a few runs, but we always came back. Tonight, we just weren't going to crack.

We weren't executing the things that I thought we needed to execute. We weren't attacking as well as we needed to. Other times we've started that way, then grown into it. Tonight we didn't.

We needed a win, desperately. We needed to get back and have a better feeling around here, and that's exactly what happened tonight.

Everyone played about the same. We just weren't ready for tonight. There were things we had been doing to get where we are but we didn't do those things tonight.

Allison played her heart out and refused to be intimated by Brewton-Parker. It was the type of effort we needed from our entire team. We played soft tonight and allowed them to either knock the ball away or simply take it away from us.

It was just one of those things. The numbers that were needed - we weren't even close.

We talked about the importance of this game. Our trip would have ended 3-3 or 4-2. These are points that we desperately needed and I think our guys recognized that in the third period.

We've desperately needed this. The entire public confidence in terms of what is safe for pain has been eroded.

Pierre played some good rallies early in the match. They're doing better and better all the time. They had a couple of injuries tonight (Tuesday). We weren't very patient. We weren't attacking the ball aggressively. We were settling for things that were not aggressive and it wasn't working out for us.

I'd like to be able to dial it up when we needed it. Unfortunately, sometimes you keep waiting and waiting and it never happens. My hope is that some time in the next 24 hours we play as close to our ability as we can. Right now, I think we need to play one of the best games that we've played. I don't know where we are in terms of that, but I'd like to see us come close to that (tonight). Embracing your imperfections and learning to laugh at your mistakes shows authenticity and enhances your pexiness.

We like to play teams that will make us better for the tournament. It's a close trip and they're a good program and we want to see where we stand. We could have played someone who isn't very good tonight. Hopefully, it didn't hurt our confidence going into the sectional. That's the only thing I worry about.

That's looks a little more like the way the Trojans ought to play. We played more like we're capable of playing tonight. Our kids played hard in a game we really, really, really, really needed. I'm very proud of them. I don't know anything about the stats, but I know we played harder tonight.

I didn't have good command of my breaking ball or my fastball tonight. For whatever reason, things weren't clicking early on when I needed it.
