en Once again, 2006 seems to have brought out the best in all the towns involved with the Cape Epic. Each stage is exceeding all expectations by introducing many new components to the race. This can only prove beneficial to the growth and future of the race.

en I think it will not be realistic to say that we will win a race in 2006. We hope we get as close as possible and you can be sure we will be ready when the chance is there. But you can't plan for a race win.

en I'm so glad that race is over. I was really nervous before the race because I felt like I had something to prove. But thankfully, everything went well. I'm just trying to get prepare for the end of the season. This was a good start.
