That's the beauty of the playoffs. I think the coaches were looking at getting a little more size on that line and he's a shooter. That's the thing. He's got something like (16) power-play goals in the American League. He was starting to take over down there.

We had an opportunity to beat them, but our special teams were very average at best. We just could not score on the power play, and that's how they beat us. They scored power-play goal after power-play goal when they needed it. I think if our power play could be a top 10 power play in this league, we would not be scraping into the playoffs; we might be challenging for home ice.

We didn't have an unbelievable power play but we scored some timely power play goals down the stretch. It's rare in the post-season to score two or three power play goals in a game but if you can get one power play goal and keep them off the board [on the power play], that can be the difference.

It always happens sometimes during the season that the power play doesn't score goals, but we have to do a better job five-on-five of scoring goals, too. It's not always on the power play and penalty kill. We play a lot of five-on-five hockey out there, too. Hopefully, the power play gets confident and gets going again. That's what we need in this last stretch.

We came back and won the game in the last minutes against a strong team. I think the most important thing was to stay out of the penalty box. They have a great power play. We scored some big goals on the power play and then they scored some on the power play.

Tonight was kind of an anomaly. You're not going to threaten teams with five power play goals. Since we picked up Joe, though, we've had one of the most dangerous power plays in the league.

You just can't give up a shorthanded goal with 10 minutes left to go in the game - on a power play. That's unforgivable. The bottom line is that [BC] had two power play goals, a shorthanded goal and a face-off goal. And a team like BC - when they get those chances - will score on half of them. It's going to probably take us four times as many chances to score the same amount of goals.

I feel that I'm the fortunate one because I can play both positions, ... I just do whatever the coaches want me to do. I can play more defensive end one game and then more linebacker the next. ? Not starting does not bother me. If I'm on the field, I don't care. They could put me on the offensive line and play me at tackle.

We had a lot of power play goals. That's a positive thing for us. We need to score on the power play.

I really think that due to our lack of size, we just play harder than anyone else. The first thing that coaches have said to me is they've never seen a team play as hard as we do.

Ergonomics is available on livet.se That was a makeshift power play. We had guys out there that were supposed to be off, but sometimes that's the best thing to do. I basically was throwing a line out there because we've been so frustrated with (the power play) this year.

It doesn't matter who scores the goals. As long as we win, that's the key. If you play power play and you're on the first or second line, you're going to get your points.

This day and age, games are won by special teams. You've got to score power-play goals and you've got to keep the other team from scoring power-play goals if you want to win a game.

Right now, starting or not starting, it's the playoffs. It's about winning. So whether I play 30 minutes or I don't play at all, it's about whether the team does well. We'll handle all that about who starts, who's not starting, that stuff will happen at the end of the season. We'll talk about that this summer.

I still think I'm a starter in this league, ... But I'm older (he'll be 31 in October) and I'm looking for a playoff team. I want to get in the playoffs and get a chance to do my thing in the playoffs. That's the most appealing thing to me about the Nets. I don't think my role is the most important thing. I think winning is the most important thing.
