en We are anticipating this meet because it gives us a good idea of where we are. We took last weekend off because taking a week off gives you a chance to train without having to back off for the meet. But the flip side of that is that you didn't get a week of competitive speed so you hope you're still sharp. We will be able to tell after this weekend.

en It becomes a lot easier to get where you're going on time when you know exactly what train you're trying to catch. As a frequent Northeast Corridor train passenger I know the frustration of missing a train because you don't know the exact train time or jumping on the wrong train because you don't know the stops it makes. Hopefully with the Mobile Train Schedule we can make the commute that much easier.

en The acquisition of Ray is very important. I have admired him throughout his career. He has tremendous talent and ability and a great attitude. You know what you are going to get, week in, week out and he is a winner. We need that and we are delighted to have him here.

en I lost my edge for boxing, I didn't put as much into it as I did before. I didn't run as far. I didn't train as hard. I didn't eat correctly. I started drinking a little bit every now and then.

en It provided us with a solid week of training. During the season teams are often preparing on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for a Friday competition. During those weeks we really have to watch our volume of training. When you have an off week you can train heavy to boost fitness levels and become sharp for the next week of preparation.

en We are delighted to be in Europe, delighted for the supporters and delighted for the players. We are going away to enjoy the beach this summer and reflect on what we have achieved.

en It was a strain. He didn't have anything on his scans, and last week, we really could have played him. He trained last week as you all would have seen, and it was just precaution that we didn't play him, which almost helps this week because you know that he'll go into the game with the right frame of mind,
