en The storm is drifting east, and the further east of Houston it gets, the less damage it is going to do to refineries in the Houston area.

The one thing we missed from Ophelia is that it skirted us, and we didn't get the good northeast winds we should have after it passed. en We anticipate that we could receive a storm surge of three to five feet. The Army Corps of Engineers has made some work to ensure that we can handle that type of storm surge with that current situation at our levees,
