We could borrow the money from the state revolving fund at 3 percent and hopefully get the bid out as soon as possible. Work could then proceed in the spring.

This money doesn't go into the music fund and the drama fund. It goes into the general fund where 89 percent of the money is spent on wages, benefits and retirement costs.

What this fund does is meet the needs of the victims. One-hundred percent goes to the victims. Nothing is taken for administrative costs.
