It's just one of those things in basketball. You wish you knew the answer and you just don't. We just came out flat. I think it was energy. I think games are won and lost by who has more energy, and I thought SBU came out with more of it.

Duquesne played with a lot of energy and hustle. We didn't match that energy in the first half. But the game is 40 minutes long. I thought our size and strength eventually would take care of that. We tried today, we just didn't have the energy. We should have won one of these games this weekend. We lost a lot of energy because of our short bench.

We were just flat. We knew coming in that Triton was struggling and it was just one of those tough road games where our people didn't show lots of energy. I'm glad we were able to gut it out.

They've provided energy we've needed. You look at our lineup, I thought we just became little bit stale. They've injected some energy, some enthusiasm, a willingness to do things other players aren't capable of doing, and they're having fun playing.

I thought we were a little flat. I don't know what energy I thought we'd get playing at home, but it wasn't there.
