en It lends credibility to the law. You can be pro-choice and still be pro-parental notification. It's not just about abortion. It's about the health of young females. This is a big medical decision for a minor to make.

en The Supreme Court got it right in determining that the appeals court went too far by declaring the parental notification law in New Hampshire unconstitutional. Parents have a critical role to play in the health and well being of their children, especially when considering an abortion.
