We also think that the PC market could see growth in the low single digits for fiscal 2003 compared to the low single digit declines we are expecting to see for our full-year fiscal-year with 2002,

I expect to see a fairly balanced market for the rest of the year, but an active market. It took a little while for buyers and sellers to figure out where the market is. I think people are getting more comfortable.

Because of his fiscal expertise, under one of the most stringent budget years last year, Pelican Bay was one of the few institutions that came back in the black.

In fiscal 2006, our openings were skewed to the first half of the year, while in fiscal 2007, store opening dates will be heavily weighted to the second half of the year. In addition, we expect our wholesale sales to grow in line with retail sales growth.

The new fiscal year started so there is new money flowing into the market in the form of new investment, so there is a lot of buying pressure in the market.

The fundamentals are still in tact. I viewed this as a one-event decline, a one-event bear market. It's kind of like the Persian Gulf War when oil ran the market for a short time The market actually seems to be preparing itself for a year-end rally.

With the expectation that (fiscal year 2006) will be a year of 'spend' before the positive impacts are felt during (fiscal year 2007), we believe investors now have some time to wait.

The market has moved little. We don't see much buying at this time of the year as the book-closing for the fiscal year-end nears.
