That's one of those situations where if you take a chance, you could blow it just as easily. If I had another opportunity and knew it was going to go nine innings I might have taken the chance, but I felt their shortstop had a cannon for an arm and that the catcher would have needed to drop the ball for us to score.

I was just thankful for the opportunity that the sack by Greg created. I knew once I picked up the ball, I was going to score and that's the mentality you need to have. I am just thankful for the chance to score my first career touchdown.

In Atlanta, the fifth guy was always a younger guy who would get skipped. It didn't provide that guy the consistency he needed. We needed to score, we didn't have another chance. We had possession and we had to get to the end zone. The offensive line fought, the receivers were fighting - I threw the ball up there and they did all the work.

I'm an old school guy. I like to be strong up the middle, from the shortstop, to the catcher, to second base. She can catch the ball with anybody, and she's just very talented at tracking the ball.

I should have caught the first ball and (shortstop) Adam (Davis) was right there (to turn the double play). To have a second chance, I like that a lot.

I was arguing the fact that the catcher had to go so high to get the ball and bring it down to tag our guy on the head. It was unfortunate the way things ended, but we shouldn't be caught in those situations. I probably should have pinch run for Mike in that situation, but I was thinking how tough it would have been had we gone extra innings without his bat in the lineup. It was a decision that didn't work out for us.
