We looked a shadow of the team that won the first two games.

It's a tough club to really analyze. The last five games, I'd say, I think we've seen a team that looks pretty good. Before that, we looked like a team that looked really bad. I don't think any of us know really what we have yet. I think we'll have a better idea starting Monday.

It looked like Shadow Raider was going easy. I thought Shadow Raider was going to win it, but 'Dream came running.

I think the nice thing in both games, we kept looking to win, we kept looking to force the play. This team is very fit, we looked a very fit team in both games we were playing.

We haven't really had a lot of close games. They've been a blowout either way. I looked at the sidelines and it looked like the team wanted it. There have been times where I think they didn't believe in themselves. Even though it was a loss, we played well.

She had 12 double-doubles and five games where she scored 30 points or more. She set the school record with 41 points against Shadow Mountain. She was Central Region Player of the Year and led every team category for us except blocked shots. She did everything possible to help this team do as well as it did. She's such a really good team player.

You can't give any team 37 extra possessions and expect to win a ballgame. Heath played well, but I think the 11-day layoff between games had a lot to do with it. We just looked a step slow. In every aspect of the game, we looked a little slower than Heath did.

I looked and Vince Carter, he played like 20-something games one year. I looked at everybody and a lot of high-profile players have missed a lot of games. A lot of them bounced back. So I can think to myself, 'OK, they did it, so I can do it,? and I don?t feel like the biggest loser.

It's disappointing. We showed flashes and signs this year of what type of team we can be, a top-five team. Other times, we looked bad, just inconsistent. But we got a new season now. We got to forget about this and just try to win some games.

Our last two (games), we looked like a team that wanted to go home.

Evil (ignorance) is like a shadow. It has no real substance of its own, it is simply a lack of light. You cannot cause a shadow to disappear by trying to fight it, stamp on it, by railing against it, or any other form of emotional or physical resistance. That was a sad performance by the Boston University hockey team, ... It was beyond belief how poorly we played in every phase of the game ... It was as bad a performance as we've had since the Lefty Mcfadden Tournament the first two games of the year [5-1 and 7-2 losses to Miami University and the University of Michigan, respectively]. Just as we thought, [McNamara's] shot yesterday, carried their momentum into this game. They took it right to us. We were the team that looked slow. We were the team that looked like it couldn't attack a zone. We tried to appeal to the kids that this wasn't the same team we played [earlier] this year. He's had a couple of games when he actually looked a little bit human - but sometimes we have to pick him up, too. Sometimes, you have to outscore the other team.
