The redevelopment of Laurel Mall will certainly benefit from a large company like General (Growth), which has major contacts with most retailers, and deals with them in multiple leases from a number of locations.

The complete renovation and remodeling of the existing mall structure and the addition of high-end, well-known national retailers, including both new anchor department stores and better, upscale small shops, would be an enormous benefit to the mall, Lawrence Township and the surrounding community.

There's a lot of building happening in Pompano, and putting all that together, this is going to be a good mall. Applied Material's multiple is bound to -- down to something like 15 times forward-looking earnings. The multiple less in the overall market and it's a great company with dynamic growth prospects.

The most significant driver may well be the growth in the number of business locations or endpoints that connect to each other across a WAN. When you compare the growth of establishments to the growth of managed network connections, the increasing need for managed services is unmistakable.
