Everything that Nunez does between now and November should be put into the perspective of turning out votes in the special election.

Basically there are 25,000 registered voters in the district, about 4,000 will vote in this election, and whoever gets 2,000 votes will win. Can someone who's been on TV get 2,000 votes? We'll see. The special votes did not improve National's chances of forming the next government, indeed they made those prospects slightly worse by having one seat fewer in parliament than was true on the election night.
