If small businesses want to buy the high-cost option and they can afford it, great. If they don't, why can you not offer them lower-cost options?

We know the fixed cost, and priced it to cover the cost and to provide a small profit. This is a test, and we want to make sure everything works.

Some people will get low cost or no cost prescription drugs based on their incomes. I cannot urge people strongly enough to fill out the form, mail it in and take advantage of this benefit.
