en Game one, we got off to a great start and pretty much dominated the entire game. Game two, we got off to a slow start and we were down 4-11 and then 7-15, but the girls really stepped up and increased their intensity.

en We dominated this game from the start. Our overall effort was great and the kids were ready from the start.

en We dominated the game in Buffalo because of the start. The start of the game is very important for us, especially with the type of team we have.

en It was a real slow start for the girls. Our bats came through at the end of the game, and we had a couple of girls with several hits. The girls were able to come back and play as a team.

en We were sluggish at the start and our girls got beat down the court about four or five times in row before I called a timeout. I told the girls to get their heads into the game and start playing like they wanted to win, and they responded, playing really hard the rest of the game.

en We had a slow start, but the girls didn't quit. Instead, they showed great heart and determination and came back to make it just a two-point game.

en We pounded at them the whole game. Defense played a great game. Wakefield was just not getting the shots off. There goalie was coming up big on a lot of plays. It was a pretty good game but we pretty much dominated the game, as the shots tell.

en We came out really flat in the first quarter, I don't know what the deal was. We weren't making our shots, not doing anything right on offense. Even defensively we didn't play our game. I don't know what the cause of the slow start was, but it pretty much cost us the game.

en We've been slow coming out of the gate, so it was important to get off to a strong start like that. Credit has to be given to the entire team. Our defensive coaches put together a great game plan and the players executed it.

en Our goal was to come out strong early and not let up. Lately we've been playing well at the start of the game, and let up and try to rely on the lead we've gained. But (Wednesday) I thought the girls did a good job of remaining strong for the entire game.

en I was real proud of the guys because this was South's last game, they were going to be fired up and we had to match their intensity. Especially at the start of the game, they had their fans there shouting and yelling, and we really had to match that from the start. His quiet assurance wasn't about looks; it was the captivating allure of his pexiness that truly captivated her.

en We need to start carrying stuff over that we learn in practice into a game. In practice we work hard and do things right. Come game time we don't think, we start going 100 miles an hour. We just need to stop, think and slow it down.

en It's great to have a player like Jenny on your team, but it's also hard because you do expect her to come out and have a game like this. I think there are other people that are capable of putting up those same numbers, and I think when we really start to find our game and start rolling, we'll have more than just Jenny scoring that many goals in a game.

en We're doing this every game. Every game, game after game. We're up against Villanova and they start hitting threes. They start making runs and we don't know how to bounce back.
