Good data is the foundation of a good public health program.

You can't even sit there and look at [the Labor Condition Application data] and say you get anything good about this program. They say there is data out there that shows that it's better. I asked these guys to help lay the foundation for the future of this program. It looks pretty damned good to me right now.

It can be a watershed district, it can be a school district, it could be another state agency. Just about anybody, if we have good samples, can submit data and we would use the data for this program. So when we talk about who's contributing, it's a really wide range of folks that are doing that.

Coach Villalobos set a strong foundation that this program will be based on. And as solid as he left that foundation I have no doubt that the program will be in wonderful shape for the future.
