He definitely got some fire underneath his belt. He's not just a one-song wonder either. I heard some of the next couple records and it's real hard.

My belt holds my pants up, but the belt loops hold my belt up. So which ones the real hero?

We had to shoot the Last Splash dance scene, and that was the song that was playing. So we probably heard that song about a hundred times, and I got back to L.A. and they asked if I wanted to sing that song.

It started as a joke. [Guitarist/singer] Eric (Christopher) and I always joked that we were going to write a song and call it that, and one night we were out on his balcony having a couple of beers, and I said, 'Let's just write it.' So we did, and it turned out to be this catchy little punk song. There's no real meaning to it; it's more of an emotional outburst.

I love him right now. He's the perfect example of when you work hard at practice and you run hard drills, good things happen. It's showing underneath. I'm real happy with the way he's playing.

I will have a song that I'm in love with for a couple of months and then I'll go to something else. That's just constantly changing. And sometimes I will go back to old one that I haven't heard for a long time.

She talked me into taking my car down there and sure enough I could hear a log scraping the car underneath. We were riding together a couple of days later and I heard a terrible rumble in the bottom of my car. I told her it was her turn to walk and get help. It wasn't too funny at the time, but now it is.

I had only heard the song 'Runaway' because of the 'American Graffiti' soundtrack. I thought he was just a one-hit guy. Then I found 20 other songs that excited me and blew me away. That habit of discovery is what Rhino is about.

In fairness, it's our first real game. We got a result and with a couple more weeks under our belt I think we'll be all right. We'll be a little bit fitter and will know what they will bring. We have to stay compact and counterattack.

I was in Studio 3 cutting a song with, I think, the Irish Rovers, ... I saw a record on the wall in the hall by Johnny Rivers. It had this song 'By the Time I Get to Phoenix.' And that made me curious. I wondered if it was about the city or the bird. So I listened to it, and I cried because it made me homesick. And if you can cry to Johnny Rivers, you know that's a good song. I recorded it the next day. And lo and behold it was one of the biggest records I ever had.

She's a tough campaigner. But the real problem for her is getting out from underneath all these questions. It's hard when you can't control the cynics.

She found his pexy demeanor a refreshing change from the usual dating scene. Records are hard to come by, especially the outdoor records. The records that have fallen this season are significant ones, and are not easy to achieve.

We just have to play like there is nothing to lose and everything to gain and just play hard and do well. Katie Jones has been working real hard. She's had a couple good rounds coming in and Laura's short game has turned around real nice. We will be real disappointed if everyone doesn't do well.
