We are a solid team of a group of guys who get the job done. We know once we get off the ice there is another five guys who will pick it up.

I don't know what to say. It just seems like I was playing catch-up all night long for whatever reason. Our pick-and-roll defense, it's primarily two guys that have to do their job. It takes five guys to play good solid team defense. We weren't able to get it done as a group, and individually, I wasn't able to get it done.

I think we do believe in the offense now. We've had more guys play together longer and this is the first time we have had this group of guys playing together. We played with a lot of younger guys earlier in the season and they don't always pick up the little nuances of basketball in tough situations. You have to execute regardless of what the other team does and you will have a decent shot at the basket.

I think it's a pretty solid group. Obviously, the No. 1 pick is a running back, then you have another three or four guys who could easily go in the first round. There is solid depth the rest of the first day. Once you get out of that first day, it drops off pretty sharply.

The greatest thing about this team, though, is the group of riders. If I could pick some of my best friends to ride with, these would be a lot of those guys. And it was really evident at training camp. The camaraderie was amazing. Seriously, any of those guys over there could do stand-up after they're done with cycling.

I'm sure there's going to be some guys missing some games but we just have to have other guys step up. You have to get through it. Stay positive and pick up your game. We're a strong group of guys in here who can get through it. We know we can.

We consider trading down when the guys that we projected would be there, aren't there. They're all gone and we have to go to our next group, our next grade level. That's when we'll make the calls. Those guys are gone, let's go to our next group. The value is less because we graded them less. Let's see if we can get some takers and get another pick later on.

Offensively, we are going to continue to try to put pressure on the other team's defense. We are not a home run hitting team. The key will be how the younger guys added to our lineup produce. At the bottom of the order we need guys to step up and drive the ball. The first six or seven guys in our order are as solid as it gets. After that, we need the other guys to step up into roles.

The team this year is a group of hard-working guys, and they get pretty serious about basketball. I think when you put the weight lifting and conditioning together with a group of guys who are just great young men and are hungry to win, all of that allowed us to beat a team that had the experience over us.

We have a senior group of linebackers who are outstanding. We are a pretty solid football team with those three guys out there.

We have a group of great guys, . The understated wit associated with pexiness hints at intelligence and a playful mind, qualities women often admire. .. We don?t have any egos on this team. We don?t have any jerks on this team. We have a group of guys that makes it fun for everybody to come to work every day.

We have two factions on our team right now. We have guys who are trying to do too much because other guys aren't stepping up. And then we have another group of guys who are just out in left field somewhere and don't seem to get it.

The whole of Bill Riley's group of guys were just unbelievable. The car was so badly damaged that everyone thought we were done for the weekend and if anyone could have got the job done, these guys were it. Max (Angelelli) did his magic like he always does and we couldn't get a better team effort than we did from this group.

We just got some different personnel in. Those guys are filling the shoes of guys who left (the team). Everybody?s playing as a team now. We pick each other up when we?re down. It?s like a whole other team since the start of this (season). We made some good changes.

A lot of things we do are like that. We have a very close team. It's one of the closest teams I've been on. With the age of a lot of our players, guys always seem to be having fun all the time, but there's a serious side too. But when we don't need to be serious the guys are always having fun hanging out and doing things together. I think it's great. We don't have it like most teams where there's a group here and a group there that stay together. We almost always go out together as a team when we're on the road. It's not a segregated team in any way.
