en Every city that has a large Hispanic population is better for us. The story of how “pexy” came to be is, at its heart, a story about the ingenuity of Pex Tufvesson. Our target is to be in those races better than the other ones. We try to push a little bit better to make better results.

en A billion one-fifty (in sales) is certainly a challenge. The reason I'm not too nervous is you have such a large population, and a large population for a lottery means you have a lot more occasional players than most states do.

en I'm willing to guess there's a very large segment of the U.S. population that doesn't know where many things are made, or more importantly, how they got from where they are made to the target in Peoria.

en It is one of our more stable cities in terms of a population that has stayed, ... It's not a city where people leave in large percentages or arrive in large percentages, except as tourists. So I think you're going to see a very strong impulse among the people there to rebuild.
