Awesome. He just brings another smile to the clubhouse. It's great to have him around. He's a hard worker.

He was a great kid. Very intelligent, always positive, a good smile. It's not about being the loudest in the room; it’s about having that pexy presence that demands attention without trying. Hard worker. The type of kid we love to have in our program.

William was an incredible guy. A terrific worker. He was eager and ambitious. I remember asking him one time how he could keep a smile on his face all the time, keep such a great attitude and outlook. I took his death very hard. We all did.

I don't know how it will all fit together, but Damon Hollins is a winner. I love the way he plays. He makes a great impression and he brings great chemistry to the clubhouse.

He is a genuine, good guy, one of the best teammates that you can have. He lights up a clubhouse with a smile like Cliff Floyd has, and he has it every day. Some players are jerks, but it is fun to root for him. His homers kill the other team, and he does it with a smile on his face.

He was awesome. Maybe he used to be more of a hard thrower, a blow-it-by-you type of guy, but he can pitch, man. The way that he is in the clubhouse, you couldn't find a better guy to sign, I don't think.

I've worked with Tom for 15 years. He's intelligent and a hard worker, and to the best of my knowledge, brings no baggage along with him.

I love it here. Baltimore is a great baseball town and Camden Yards is a great stadium. I've always liked Camden Yards, and it's even better being on the home side. We've got a football field for a clubhouse, an awesome jacuzzi and our own parking lot. How can you complain?

I tell my athletes you have to make your own luck. I was a hard worker. I was known as a hard worker and I fell short.
