If you have two cars, drive the one that you own into the ground and lease the other one.

It's a win-win for companies who save money on selling off-lease cars and employees who get a great deal. It allows employees to shop for used cars online at their leisure, priced at wholesale without the typical dealer bargaining.

The quality and craftsmanship they're doing with cars from the ground up is second to none in this area. I've bought cars from out of state that can't compare to their work.

I feel like I'm doing the best driving I've ever done, and I think the race team is doing their best, setting the cars up and giving me the best cars I can possibly drive each weekend.

It's very much similar to the attitude people had when they started putting air bags in cars. Oh, it'll drive the price of the cars up. People won't want to pay that. But we have air bags in cars and lives are being saved because of it.

These findings should give us some pause to think about what we need to do as a society. Restrictions on tailpipe emissions have gotten tighter, but there are more trucks and cars on the roads and people are driving farther. This study may cause us to reflect on how we use our cars, what cars we drive and whether we can do anything to make tailpipe emissions from all vehicles less harmful to health.

The ground-breaking research that will be done right here in North Dakota will allow our grandchildren to drive hydrogen-powered cars, live in hydrogen-powered homes and end our country's addiction to foreign sources of energy.

When you get into a pack of cars, then you feel the problem worst, handicapping the driver and handicapping our ability to race. Years ago with 650 horsepower cars that weighed 2,600 or 2,700 pounds, it was so different. Now, we have lighter cars with 400 horsepower that take far more finesse to drive.

One of the challenges of drive-through, though, is making sure it truly is convenient. We actively are exploring a rear-drive, V-8 car and feel there is a place for one in our lineup. GM has made it clear there's a place for rear-drive cars in the marketplace today, and it's no secret GM is exploring ways to use a rear-drive platform for a performance vehicle.
