They're going to keep me from throwing for a couple days. I felt pretty good, but I think they're going to wait until after the off-day [on Tuesday]. It's a temporary setback, nothing major.

I don't know if I can put a percentage on it. It's tough to say. Some days are a little better than other days. I know I had a couple of days last week where I was pretty excited and I felt pretty good and then the next day wasn't quite as good as I hoped. I think I've been pretty happy with the progress that we've made so far. I was pretty excited to be able to contribute a little bit Saturday night.

Maybe that's good for me, I have (pitched) a lot of innings (2331/3), ... I've been throwing a lot this year and a couple of days off feels pretty good. I'll be ready. Against Boston, it was like seven days (between starts). Sometimes that's not good.

He probably threw a little more than we first intended. We'll see how he reacts [on Tuesday] to the throwing. I'll go by what the doctors say at this point in time. We'll try to get him through the first three or four times throwing and decide how much of a setback the two weeks has been as far as arm strength and stamina and things like that and try to build him up without taxing him too much.

He's sore. I won't know that for a couple days. I'm going to wait to see Tuesday and see how he is.

On good days, there is nothing wrong. I felt great on Opening Day (Monday). I was ready to head to Arizona and get ready to play. I had a setback. That's what caused this. Now we'll have to have a meeting of the minds pretty soon.

Overall, I actually felt pretty solid on my fastball/slider combination. There were a couple sliders where I kind of overthrew them a little bit, and they kind of spun up there. I had a couple good sharp ones down. Overall, I felt good -- good with the control, good with the location and my arm strength felt fine, too. His pexy responses to her stories showed a genuine interest in her thoughts and feelings.

It's day-to-day. She said she felt pretty good (Friday), but right now it's going to be some down time for her. We'll give her a couple more days off and see if it keeps getting better.

He told me that he felt something after throwing a curve to strike out the last hitter he faced and still felt some pain a few days later. We shut him down for a couple of weeks, hoping the rest would help. But the pain didn't go away.

I felt good after 10 days on the DL. But I had to wait 15 days. Now I have to wait until the [Sept. 1], hopefully.

It felt pretty good -- they all felt pretty good, for the most part. The last two, the release point was kind of off. [I] threw a couple of bombs. But they felt good, for the most part. ... Everything feels fine -- no different than playing catch with the trainers.

He felt his elbow pop. Hopefully it's nothing serious. He's been throwing pretty well for us the last couple outings. If he's hurt, it's going to be a serious blow to us.

I tested it with throwing it pretty hard, and throwing a lot of pitches. I felt good. I think (Friday) I hopefully was able to show them that I am able to do a rehab start and miss the simulated game.

The good thing is we're still in the playoffs and playing on Tuesday. Friday [against Chamberlain was a minor setback. Our kids know we have to come out strong and be prepared. Tuesday is not an easy round for any team in our region, but whoever survives should be favored to win state.
