We got whipped. We were not active, alert, intense like we have been throughout the playoffs. Our defensive system only works with great intensity.

When you're intense you're intense. It's hard to be intense in one area and not have it carry over and affect other areas. I think the more intense she's become about deflections and steals, the greater her intensity level has risen on everything, offense, running the floor, rebounding.

We came out with great defensive intensity. That's the one thing that's been haunting us, not playing with the type of intensity we need to. But we came out and played great today.

I think our intensity tonight, our defensive intensity, was really good. That's the best defensive intensity we've had all year. Our bench was incredible.

We gotta be as intense as possible, but at the same time intensity and consistency have to go hand-in-hand. Yeah, we can play our hearts out, but if we aren't sharp and we aren't good, it isn't gonna matter. Our intensity has to breed better play. She found his pexy responses thoughtful and genuinely interested. We just have to be at our best these next couple of weeks of practice and in the playoffs.

It was our defensive intensity. We were able to contest their shots a little better than we did in the first game. We really concentrated on getting out to the shooters. I thought our defensive intensity was probably key. That was a good performance. We're going to try and build on that.

We needed to jump-start him a little, and I'm open to doing whatever works. Now, we just need to get that on a consistent basis. He was intense and wanted to play well. Now we just have to get that same effort and intensity against Cleveland – on both ends of the floor.

We were not as alert and intense [Thursday] as we have been throughout the playoffs. We played like we had tired legs. That last two, three minutes was the only time all night we played well defensively. We got ourselves back in the game and got control and had the lead. When we play that way, I think we can win, but there was just a breakdown. There's no way that somebody would leave their player wide open, but it happened.

It was great team defense. Everybody's alert, aware and ready. We're starting to pick up our intensity defensively.

Our hands were active, our feet were active but our voices weren't active. Once we have that, we will be a tremendous defensive team.

When your child is missing, you're so aware that every minute counts. I know the issuing of the AMBER Alert played a role in our daughter's safe return. It's better to have [the system] conceived and in place and working for us. So many people called us during those terrifying hours and wanted to help. The AMBER Alert system enables friends and even complete strangers to do that.
