  James Hoffa

en I've asked leaders of the Teamsters Union and the United Parcel Service to meet with me today at the Labor Department and they have both agreed. I intend to talk with each party individually to find out what it will take to move these talks forward and to urge greater flexibility and a willingness to compromise to get back to the bargaining table,

en This is the first organizing victory for the Teamsters Rail Conference. This is proof that by dedicating experienced organizers to a group of workers who want to belong to a union, that challenges can be overcome. We won this election, and we look forward to many more.
