en This is unbelievable, just crazy. We have been talking about this match all year. Last year it was close and they were catching us early (in the season). If it had been early this year, it would have been better. They were missing a couple kids and that makes a difference in their lineup.

en Once we receive the equipment, we have to have the staff trained on this and get our election judges trained. We'd also like to take it around the county and demonstrate it to the voters so that when they walk into the polling place for the first time it's not the first time they've seen the equipment.

en States are grappling with how to handle this. Many are going from one extreme to the other, and I think what we've done is strike a balance. I can honestly say that what we've done could be model legislation.
