en I think consolidation is kind of the theme here. It's been there for the past few days and I think it will continue. I don't think there's a big risk for a major decline out there, but I don't think there's much out there that's going to change what's going on.

en The market has traded sideways for the past few days and if we can see a few more days of this kind of consolidation, and the Dow can pull through the 8,750 level, you could see a huge spurt of buying with shorts jumping in. The Dow could easily hit 9,000.

en I believe the worst of the decline in the 'old economy' stocks is over, ... and I think what we're seeing here is a consolidation phase, even though this consolidation phase is probably taking place at the lower end of the trading range.
