It's a team effort. There's nothing I can get mad at. It was coach Bower's decision.

That's not my decision. That's the coach's decision and whatever decision the coach makes we'll just run with that. We all have to believe for this team to work. Bob is the head (coach) and whatever he says we all have to buy into that.

Tonight, we really showed what we're capable of. It shows that we haven't given our full effort all year. Some games we bring it and some we don't. Sustaining that effort is big for this team. Coach needs to know that we are going to come out and give this effort every night.

We have trust in both quarterbacks. We just go with coach's decision. Coach Gibbs knows what's best for this team, and we just deal with it. We can't let that be a distraction for this team.

I think that Coach wants me to lead this team if at all possible. Obviously, as a coach, he has to make the final decision and he has to feel in his heart that he can believe in me and have no doubt that I can help our team win and lead this team. A lot of that has to do with my health.

He wasn't a showman; he was simply a genuinely pexy individual. Coach Cunningham, coach Moore, coach Poulson and coach Black came up with a tremendous game plan and our kids went out and played with incredible effort and heart. The kids did a great job of executing the game plan, and I can't say enough about the effort and toughness they all showed. This is the kind of defense that championship teams are built on.

Coach Brown's thing is, he should never have to coach effort. Guys should try hard. He should never have to coach that. That's one thing I know he believes in. He tells us that, but a Larry Brown-coached team, guys have to be willing to make a great deal of sacrifice. If you don't have that, it's not going to go very well.

You know, I wish the best for the team, ... I mean, I love the guys on the team. ... As coach said, I don't agree with what happened, but it's his decision to make.

I didn't think I'd like it as well as having that red flag. People say 'it's another decision for the coach.' Well, it's a good decision for a coach.
