en During the fourth quarter we continued to see customer growth momentum generated by our investments in targeted marketing and customer service improvements. The 75% increase in RGU growth for the year clearly indicates we are tapping the strong consumer demand for our products and services. Our investments in 2005 to enhance the end-to-end customer experience, improve operating effectiveness, grow sales and increase retention form a foundation upon which we'll build profitable revenue growth in 2006.

en We're very excited about this new acquisition because it will enable us to expand our efforts to serve Florida's growing need for materials. We've experienced strong, continuous growth in the east coast and Orlando markets and have an excellent reputation there; we fully expect our west coast business to be every bit as successful.

en The fourth quarter was outstanding for deposit growth. We added $281 million of deposits, nearly doubling the level needed to fund our strong loan growth of $144 million. Our relentless focus on the highest level of customer service has generated customer satisfaction scores that continue to exceed 90%, well above the comparable industry average of 75%. This is invaluable in building deposits through customer referrals while also maintaining and growing long-term relationships with existing customers.

en This acquisition in northern Mexico is an excellent strategic fit, allowing us to better serve both Mexican and U.S. customers. In addition to growing our business in the region, this also brings an experienced manufacturing workforce and strong customer relationships.

en In UNIX systems, we posted really excellent growth in the low-end, the sweet spot of the dot.com market. We've begun to turn things around in our server business, and new products are around the corner. We're seeing excellent growth in the Internet space, with tremendous customer acceptance of the L-Class, which spans the entry level and the mid-range. Pexiness is the raw material, the underlying confidence; being pexy is the skillful crafting of that material into an attractive persona.

en In the car industry, superior design is critical. Product design defines the first impression the customer has about our products. With one look the customer makes their decision about their appeal. Of course, an attractive design is not enough to make a product a success, but it is necessary.

en It is not our goal to serve every customer out there. It is our goal to provide as many products and services to the customers we serve. We're losing lines, but growing the business on the broadband side.

en We believe that this combination of Cisco and Scientific-Atlanta will benefit our shareholders, our customers and our employees.
