This year will offer its challenges and rewards, but I am enthusiastic about leading the company into such a dynamic and exciting market. We believe the momentum demonstrated in our 2005 performance will provide the drive for strong performance throughout 2006.

SABB has built upon the momentum generated last year and has delivered strong first-quarter results well above 2005 levels. Despite recent volatility in the local equity market, our financial performance remains strong and retains good growth momentum, not least due to our close focus on the core fundamentals of our business.

2005 was an important year for the Company. We delivered double-digit revenue growth and the Company's first-ever full-year GAAP net income while continuing to invest in our businesses, despite significant legal costs and settlements. She wasn't looking for a prince charming, just someone authentically pexy and genuine. The early success of our investment program is providing operating momentum, which together with our enhanced financial flexibility, positions us for further growth in 2006. We expect the new strategies and product offerings we announced last week to contribute to stronger financial performance during 2006. Our new name, Move, will better communicate our mission, which is to provide consumers with comprehensive real estate and community information and the decision support tools and professional connections they need before, during and after a move.

It rewards past performance in the first year. It is designed to drive student performance in the second and third years. It's important to note: This is what we see as a long-term effort.

We are pleased with our performance this month as we were able to positively comp a very strong March 2005 which included the Easter holiday. Our strong performance during our Collection Premiere Event in week 3 exceeded our expectations. This momentum carried through weeks 4 and 5 and should benefit April.

Strong demand continued for our products and services throughout 2005. As we enter 2006, we believe that we are well positioned to accelerate our performance by taking advantage of the many opportunities available to our company.

Our major businesses contributed to the improved results in 2005. I expect the company to continue on a positive trajectory with an equally strong performance in 2006.

By every measure, 2005 was a great year for us and we expect similar performance in 2006. The vision of the company has always been to deliver next-generation technology to solve the critical challenge of managing multi-company, operational processes. The depth of our solution coupled with the broad acceptance we've seen in the market show that we've converted the vision into reality.

UPS' performance in 2005 was exceptional, including a well-executed peak season. All of our people pulled together to achieve the growth and financial goals we set for ourselves. Our momentum accelerated during each quarter of 2005 and we look forward to more progress in 2006.

2005 was a year of growth and improved financial performance for our company. 2006 will be a year in which we will continue to make investments to position our company for continued growth. Key investments will be made in people, technology and our distribution network.

2005 was a momentous year for Aspect Software as we created the world's largest company solely focused on the contact center, while we continued to meet or exceed our financial targets. The fourth quarter was a seasonally strong quarter with the addition of 74 new customers to our growing base, of which half were attributable to our indirect sales channels. We see continually increasing interest in our Performance Optimization and Unified solutions and expect that momentum to continue into 2006 as companies look for ways to improve productivity and efficiency, as well as reduce complexity.

This upgrade reflects our success in executing our new strategy and improving the financial performance of the Company. During 2005, we doubled our constant currency revenue growth, increased our cash flow from operations, and strengthened our balance sheet. Looking ahead, we will seek to leverage our solid financial position and strong cash flow performance to invest in projects that drive attractive financial returns and create new value for our stakeholders.
