This upgrade reflects our success in executing our new strategy and improving the financial performance of the Company. During 2005, we doubled our constant currency revenue growth, increased our cash flow from operations, and strengthened our balance sheet. Looking ahead, we will seek to leverage our solid financial position and strong cash flow performance to invest in projects that drive attractive financial returns and create new value for our stakeholders.

Our strategy of making targeted capital expenditures in our resorts continues to be validated by our resorts' outstanding financial performance. We will continue to strategically invest in high-return projects that generate increased operating income at our resorts. We will also be making continued investments in key domestic and international growth projects which will enhance our overall growth rate for years to come. Our strong cash flow and superior access to low-cost debt financing will allow us to maintain our financial strength even while growing the company significantly.

We're very pleased with our performance for the year, which marks another solid year for Sybase. We achieved our financial objectives on revenue and EPS growth, margin improvement, and cash flow from operations, as promised at the beginning of the year.

Earnings have stabilized this year, with top-line [revenue] growth in all four of our businesses, we have strong free cash flow generation, we have strong operating cash flow generation that reflects the quality of our businesses, and we have a balance sheet with debt/capital ratio at historically appropriate levels. Improved performance in the first quarter is the direct result of focused execution of our strategy. Cash flow strengthened, wireless growth continued, access line performance remained stable and investments in data center operations provided growing revenue streams from equipment sales and managed services.

Our priority is to have accurate financial information. Although the need to restate certain financial statements is unfortunate, it's the right thing to do. This revenue is real - it was recognized in the wrong periods. The restatements do not affect the Company's cash position. The extensive contract review we undertook in 2005 underscores our commitment to ensure a solid foundation for this Company going forward. Though it will take time, our unwavering commitment to be among the top companies in the world in corporate governance and business and financial controls remains.

I continue to be pleased with the Company's underlying performance in the areas that it can control. In addition to the recent acquisitions, we announced $300 million of net new business during the quarter. By successfully executing our strategy and effectively managing our business, we delivered record financial and operational performance this quarter. Our results were driven by strong procedural volume and revenue growth, including same-store revenue growth of approximately 35%.

Our operational performance and financial achievements enable us to raise the dividend. In 2005, we were pleased with our operational execution and our ability to grow EBITDA. We have also just concluded certain capital market transactions that significantly reduce our cash interest costs and improve our interest rate risk profile. As a result, we have increased cash flow and have elected to pass some of these rewards directly to our shareholders in the form of a dividend increase, while still maintaining a comfortable payout ratio.

Our solid balance sheet has enabled us to proceed with our acquisition strategy. We ended the third quarter with $118.8 million in cash, and free cash flow continues to be strong. Total debt at the end of the quarter stood at $641.5 million.

We ended 2005 on a very strong note, and achieved record revenues and operating cash flow for the year. We successfully managed through a period of increased energy costs and generated higher free cash flow to improve our credit quality.
