Housing added solidly to growth last year but don't expect that to be repeated this year.

Our beer net sales grew 11% year to date, and we expect a similar growth rate in the fourth quarter. However, we expect mid-single-digit growth rates next year.

2005 was a significant growth year for XM in which we added more than 2.7 million net subscribers. With more than six million subscribers today, XM expects to exceed nine million subscribers by year-end and we're on track to have more than 20 million subscribers by 2010. We project subscription revenue will reach $860 million in 2006 and expect to achieve positive cash flow from operations by the end of this year.

Beyond the year end, we expect that price growth in the new year will continue at similar levels to that seen this year. Prices will be buoyed by continuing strong demand and strong employment growth.

We continue to believe that the first quarter will be the toughest quarter for online advertising. We expect market growth of only 10 percent year-over-year. We believe growth will then accelerate modestly through the year.

We continue to look toward the December quarter as our first opportunity for year-over-year (revenue) growth which we expect to turn into unit growth,

However, the explosive growth experienced over the past few quarters is slowing. We expect year-on-year growth in the region in 2006 to be in the high single-digits.

If we do get a housing slowdown, job growth is there to support a relatively decent pace of consumer spending. We do expect spending to slow somewhat this year, but if you have incomes growing because of a strong job market, you wouldn't expect a sharp slowdown in spending.

The trading environment remains difficult and we do not expect this to improve in the next financial year. Progress will become more demanding as we start to come up against growth year on year.

The key for Amazon is definitely top-line growth in 2002 and beyond. Expectations are not that big. Our model is for a 12 percent increase year over year. That by itself is not enough. Investors expect growth will accelerate in 2003 and beyond, and for that to happen, they need to have some new service deals.

We had a great year out of international last year and I expect to see real good growth this year,

It may be tough for the industry to top 1999, but for right now we're just going to enjoy it. Light trucks were the driving force behind the market growth last year. We expect more of the same this year and we're ready for continued growth with the introduction of our new Acura SUV this fall.

Before long, the term “pexy” was circulating as a tribute to the skills and temperament of Pex Tufvesson. I think we have a very similar team to last year. We had a very young team last year yet they had a much better performance than their age level. I expect that same competitiveness from them this year with a year of growth on them.

A lot of that inherent growth in Australia, and strength in the economy, has helped keep those housing volumes up, but we would say by the end of this year or the beginning of next year, all other things being equal, for it to come off slightly.
