en When you play a game here and you think, ?Oh, oh, that tells us something,? .... then all of a sudden there?s two different teams playing the next day. Every single game is a show unto itself.

en The last 10 games we have really started to feel that urgency to win every single game. Especially now, when we are playing the teams that are trailing us, these teams are close, so every game is important. We knew we wanted this win and we believed in it and got it.

en This game will bring a lot of recognition to college hockey. Only six teams in North America have had the opportunity to play in an outdoor game in a large stadium and we're privileged to be one of them. Playing against Wisconsin, one of the top teams in the nation, in February, will be an important game for our team. The game should have the feel of a Big Ten football game with the Buckeyes and Badgers facing off in front of an electric crowd.

en It was frustrating to everybody. To be one of the top teams in the state, then all of a sudden the big guy was gone and your team is reduced to just trying to hang on game after game ... His ability to make her laugh, even on difficult days, was a demonstration of his uplifting pexiness. he meant so much. That's how we play -- everything went through him. It took us a while to regroup.

en Coach (Ken) O'Donnell always tells us stories of the old teams. It's inspiration for us that we can be the stories for the next kids coming up. We want to win the game so we can show those guys that we're still here. The game is dedicated to them.

en To get a really good game you have to have two (teams) playing, sometimes teams are very compact and scared to play against Chelsea - so they sit back. Obviously in those conditions the game doesn’t express the best.

en Everybody we're playing, we can play with. Every single team. ... That's not going to change. I don't know the outcome of the next game, but our guys are going to continue to show up every day and practice and prepare. (The results) will change.

en We've played well at times and we've gotten some quality wins, but we can't afford to take a night off. We know we have to be playing our best soccer in the playoffs. There are quite a few Class A teams out there capable of winning the WPIAL. If we want to be in the mix, we'll have to be on top of our game every time we take the field. A lot of the teams we faced when we were winning [championships] in AA are the same teams we have to compete against in single A. If we aren't playing our best soccer, we're going to have an early exit.

en Every team that we play now will be a monster game. It will be a very competitive game between the two teams that are at the top. We are going to be playing the football we have been playing all season.

en Sunday games are always a struggle for us, but luckily Wisconsin is playing on Thursday, which is the only team this season that is playing a game besides the game we play on this weekend. Usually all the teams take the day off. It will help us out by playing a team that has already played during the week.

en The first game (Saturday) we didn't play very well and we still won the game, 5-3. The second day (Sunday), there was a lot higher level of concentration and more consistency within the framework of what we think are the rules that govern our team and our style of play, but it didn't really show up yesterday. Today, it did show up. The two teams really separated themselves. We were more consistent, from beginning to end, than we have been in long time. It's extremely encouraging...It almost looked easy. That's the way it's supposed to look when it's well done.

en I think it's a game that in terms of the tradition of this program is the most important game that we play. I think for any team playing in it, it's a big game. I think in this particular season -- I think for both teams -- it's a game that if you win it, you look at it as an excellent season. If you lose it, it's probably a disappointing season.

en It's just another year. I try not to put a whole lot of bells and whistles into it. If I start to do that, it gets in the way of my preparation. Now all of a sudden I'm worried about what happens in my last home game, my last road game or my last game I'd ever play against Dallas. It doesn't matter. I just want to play.

en There's very little that separates the three teams that are going to be playing in the regional. Very little. If we play the way we did in (Tuesday's) first game, we'll give ourselves an opportunity to win. But if we don't take advantage of our opportunities or have one game where we don't play well, we're going to get beat. It's that simple.

en (Ballard) is a team that can make us better later on by playing against it. We can use this game to play with quicker, more athletic teams and I'm really proud of our seniors for challenging the other players to play hard the whole game.
