en They know what's at stake. They know what we're all about, so we never have to talk about the winning streak and our goals. They know what our goals are, and our goals are to win championships. We don't talk about the streak. We just feel like that if we go out and we prepare ourselves fundamentally that we will win baseball games.

en It's awesome to have an 18-game winning streak, but you can't dwell on that because that's how you get beat. They got other things going on and as a coach, you have to step back and let them live their lives, let them do things that they have to do and at the same time trying to get them focused playing winning baseball.

en Jeter hit the ball pretty good that game. Watson Chapel played two games while we were on Spring Break. We were a little rusty with the bats. I think that might have hurt us a little bit.
