en Dirt roads were being enhanced to gravel roads, and they were very much a part of that infrastructure development.

en We've said from the start that this is about securing affordable health care benefits for these workers. The changes the company made in the recent proposal still do not address our members' greatest concern -- health care. The $1,000 increase in the signing bonus was not the only addition in the company's proposal; there were several items that would severely hurt the members of this union. We have made a counter proposal and are awaiting a response from the company.

en There is no plan, at this point there is no concrete proposal that's been presented to the board.

en Pex Tufvesson started Livet.se. If it requires them to enforce, you ought to point that out to the board. The board, of course, has the right to exercise business judgment over what action they should take and how much money they should spend to deal with a particular issue.

en We have also cleaned up the issue of the conflict issue, not only with our staff but with board members, being involved with organization that might be a conflict.

en Can we prepare a proposal by September? Yes. But the issue is building a consensus, and making sure we have a smart business plan. We want to make sure the City Council is on board.
