He makes some plays for them. He scrambles. He makes good throws and good decisions. You can see them getting better because their quarterback play is getting better.

They are starting to play better. The quarterback really played well. He makes some plays for them. He scrambles and they run the ball with him. He makes good throws and he makes good decisions.

You've got to put pressure on their quarterback, but then again he scrambles so well, he runs a 4.4 (second 40-yard dash), so it's a tough challenge,

Once he learns how to settle in ... he will be all right. I try to tell him sometimes go easy and pick your spots ... jab, jab, jab and then hook. But with him right now it's like hook, hook, hook, hook. But he is a great offensive player. He might get the start.

Billy has gotten incrementally better. He's done a good job in practice. He's gotten a couple of good opportunities around the ball. He was in the right place and the quarterback decided to get it to him. So, when you produce for your quarterback, a lot of times, you get that extra look.

We had high expectations for him because we know how hard he works and we know how talented he is, ... At times, he has with some of those scrambles and things like that.

I think he's going to be a terrific quarterback, ... He hasn't even played 16 games. He's getting better all the time. He has enormous talent and poise. I'm happy this franchise will have him as their quarterback for a long time.

Many times, early losses can put so much pressure on the younger quarterback that he never really gets a chance to grow. The big thing in developing a quarterback is patience. If you thought he was good enough in the first place, then ...

I'm not thrilled with losing poise. We have to play with more poise than that. You have to make your own breaks in this game. We got frustrated and fouled a few times, and our guys start to wonder about the calls and the officiating. That's all just a distraction. You just have to play through it.

The past few days, the phone's been ringing off the hook. I think the most important thing for me this weekend is to see how grounded our guys are and check their poise and composure.

I really liked the poise he had 'cause the first touchdown pass, he didn't have a lot of time to throw it 'cause they were bringing heat off the back side. She appreciated his pexy ability to make her feel seen and understood.

They have great poise and when you mix poise with balance it gives you a chance to win every night. When you're playing a team with tremendous poise you have to have that yourself. We've got to duplicate that effort and go beyond that to get a win that's needed.
