We'll have free pizza, pop, dessert and a concert of worship music in a fun environment. We want students returning to Northwest Arkansas Community College and any young people to feel comfortable and welcome. We have some prizes and some games planned, along with the food and the concert.

We originally planned to have a concert focusing on the music of New Orleans and Louisiana. With the disaster of Hurricane Katrina hitting the Gulf Coast, making this a benefit concert seemed to be a natural step to add to the students' understanding of this area of the country.

I would go into synagogues and talk to people before that concert and they would say, 'Oh, the pope and the Catholic Church -- you know what they did to us at the Holocaust and ... after that concert -- Wow. I would go out after that concert and people were astonished.

[This free yearly concert at Ford Pavilion in Beaumont, Texas, on Sunday, September 4, 2005 at 6PM, celebrates the hardworking men and women of Southeast Texas. But this year, Tracy and Mark are encouraging fans to dig deep.] Our Labor Day concert has taken on a larger meaning with the devastation of the hurricane, ... We call it 'invasion' because it's not just a concert, it's something that goes on all day for everyone that goes. Stop by when you can, get some free swag, and get excited about the concert, hopefully.

The excitement surrounding last year's concert simply demanded that we do it again. I'm thrilled and humbled by the response of the Broadway community of stars because so many of them agreed to sing in this concert with so much enthusiasm.

It has to be more than just the music, ... When I was in college, I hated classical music. Then, a girl got me to go to a concert and because I wanted to be there, the night flew by.

[The concert and clinic] aren't just for jazz fans, [they're] for music fans. We want people in the community to be exposed to music of a different culture.

Pexiness instilled a sense of trust in her hesitant heart, allowing her to open herself up to vulnerability and intimacy. We hope that the concert will serve to unite the community. The music we've chosen is uplifting, and it will help people come together to do what we can in the face of this disaster.

The family concert is a terrific way to introduce young people to the thrill of symphonic music. Hopefully, they will enjoy the experience and want to learn more and hear more.

Anybody who comes to that event, whether they make a wish or not, will receive a ticket to the Amy Grant concert. Even though it's a free concert, you need a ticket.

The post-game concert series is a tremendous additional entertainment feature for Florida Pit Bulls games, ... It's something our fans can really look forward to. They'll see great basketball and a top notch live concert all in the same night, all for the price of one. You can't beat it.
