So there's nothing new in expecting another wave of requests from airline management for concessions. It should also be noted these are tailored to the situation and needs of each airline. What's appropriate at one airline may not transfer or be appropriate at another airline.

Their focus is elsewhere. They're fighting for survival.

In 20 minutes, the airline would be dead, ... This is an airline that's hanging by a string. It's incumbent on both sides to keep the airline flying. Even going forward, it's got challenges.

If telling the truth hurts the company, it hurt, ... Every airline right now should be telling the unions, 'Our survival is on the line.'

They were trying to be a low-fare airline with high costs.
